These are flush mount, semi-handmade iron hinges made by Ball & Ball, renowned makers of antique reproduction hardware and accessories outside of Philadelphia. They are 3-3/4" tall, and 2" wide, and feature a delicate split banner "flag", and are patterned after hinges that were made during the Early American colonial era. They are model 042-H41-B00 and retail at Ball and Ball for over $100 a pair. You'd be getting them at over 50% off list. They come with screws as shown. Getting all 4 for one money.
