Shipping Shipping We ship to all states domestically in the continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not accept orders that ship to Puerto Rico, Us Territories, and APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to Canada, or any other international shipping at this time. These orders may be cancelled by us. Our Shipping Method & Procedure: Orders that are delivered to us by 8:00 AM Pacific Time on any business day are usually shipped out same day or on the next business day. Orders that are greater than $250 in total value will be shipped out using FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Priority shipping, this usually takes 1-5 business days for delivery, and will also require a signature upon delivery of goods. Shipping Costs: Shipping is based on weight and starts at $5.50 unless free shipping is offered on listing or as otherwise noted. We do offer combined shipping discounts for multiple items. Terms Terms Returns Returns We offer a 30-day return policy on most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This return policy excludes pre-orders. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 day if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Only defective items can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item if a request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. If that item is no longer available, we will issue you a refund back to your original payment method. We may request that you e-mail a picture of your broken or defective item to help us determine what exactly is wrong and if a replacement or refund is required. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages due to shipping. Packages are insured by the selected carrier when we send them to you.
